Expanding the dialogue in Poland
Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace has become a business imperative for all types of organizations. At the forefront of that discussion is the inclusion of Lesbians, Gay, Bisexuals and Transgenders (LGBT). Shell Poland is pleased to play host to a symposium representing local employers, employees and civil society that will address the specific challenges of LGBT inclusion in the Polish workplace.
The LGBT Workplace Symposium in Krakow will bring together organizations representing employers, employees and civil society to address the specific challenges of being LGBT in the Polish workplace. It will develop a shared understanding of the local challenges, as well as strategies and tactics to address these challenges. Perhaps most importantly, it will establish a network of support that last well beyond the event and be an agent for on-going change and improvement. Whereas previous events in Poland have laid the groundwork for the symposium by raising awareness of LGBT issues, here we will zoom in on practical roadmaps that have an immediate effect on employers, employees and the business-political establishment as a whole.
Piotr Dziwok, Country Chair of Shell Poland and General Manager of Shell Business Operations Krakow, invites you to be part of the change in this groundbreaking one-day event, hosted by Shell, which is targeted towards top decision makers, HR professionals and LGBT staff.
The Symposium will be held in English.
